These wool blend gloves from Outdoor Research are a big upgrade in performance, comfort, and durability from a standard wool glove.  The wool/nylon blend exterior sheds snowflakes better than traditional fuzzy fleece gloves and improves durability, and the soft polyester fleece interior increases comfort and adds warmth.  The snug stretchy fit make them more dexterous, and a silicone print on the palm and fingers improves the grip and functionality.
